I have a tenant that is renting a unit from me and she
really wants for not in ways to pay rent and utilities
under FEMA. She tries to find angles to breach lease
agreements. She is not grateful for where she lives. I
feel she is making trouble for me to prevent me renting
the larger home she wants that I have enpty. I seem to
experience fake persons posing a potential tenants
inquiring my rental. Should I suspect a rat or rats?
