I have a tenant that owes me 3 mths rent, and because she
has kids, I was trying to work with her. Well Sat a moving
van came and moved her stuff and that is when she informed
me that she was moving out. Per her last least (she never
signed the new lease from Oct 2009, but still lived in the
house) she has to give me 30 days notice. I followed her
and found out she moved 2 blocks over after she lied and
told me she was moving in with her uncle in the city. So
she was caught in a lie, and this woman has the audacity to
give me a letter stating she fears for her life since I
followed her, and is now saying she want back her security
deposit with interest after she has left the house in a mess
and has not paid rent in 3mths...help
