Hi. I moved in to my house JUne 2005 we where approced to
by this house on contract. And we had unitl April 2006 to
come up with the down payment. But it Feb. They told me
that they didn't want to sell it and that was fine with
me. then there was a for sale saign in my yard in MArch.
On april 20 my landlord called and told me that i needed
to move cause they needed to be out of there house by May
22 cause there house got forclosed on. So at the time she
called i was payin her rent my the week cause I knew she
wasn't going to be able to pay me back if I moved before
the end of the month. so I owed her 112.50 for april and
225 for may she is suing me for 400. Then I look and are
local courts online and she went to court in jan and knew
then that they had to move and didn't tell me unitl April.
so that didn't give me enough time to pay her plus save
for a new place. Please help. What should i do and what is
going to be the outcome? And i have two kids.
