Oh my gosh, I have lived in a very expensive rental home on a 2
year lease. My master bedroom floods every time it rains. I have
begged my landlord to fix the problem but he hax done nothing.
after I fell and injured my knee the last month of my lease he had
some one come and pull the carpet back to dry. There is black mold
on the back of the carpet, the wood tack strip is covered with
black mold. the concrete is still damp and has black mold the
glass slide door is so full of moisture that you cant even see out
of it. my lease expires in a little over a week and now he is
forcing me to let a contractor come in and fix the problem. He
forced me to live with this problem for 2 years. Here is the
kicker I have had at least 6 grand mal seizures and dozens of
petty mal seizures in the last year. Due to my injury from the wet
carpet I have been off work for a month and just found out it
could be up to 3 months before I can return full time. thus I am
broke, cant afford to pay my bills or move, or even stay in a
motel until this all gets resolved....I think I need legal help if
anyone can help please e-me indigobayspa@yahoo.com... oh and for
the last week my entire family has had sinus infection and
    horrible head aches
