LOL do you think I HAVEN'T read the lease? All that is on it is owner's name, tenants' names, rent to be paid, and what utilities are paid. Gonna tell me to read it again???? Good grief. Oh, and by the way, I have talked to a REAL attorney who assures me that there is no binding agreement with the new owners and ourselves. Guess you get what you pay for on here...free "advice". Take my advice everyone and pay the $100 to talk to a professional.
