Thanks for the prompt response. I may not have worded my
question as clearly as I should have. I read the lease before
I ever posted the question. The management company for the
townhome complex is not violating what was put into writing and
signed by me. That wasn't what I was trying to ask. My
question was more to the point of "can they make this stick?".
I didn't really expect to be moving this early, but the deal of
the century fell into our lap and I'm not about to pass it up.
I just hate the idea of getting robbed when I'm being so
cooperative on my end.
If I understand your reply correctly, there are no legal
restrictions on a landlord in PA imposing whatever terms it
wishes in the language of a lease. If the tenant signs it,
he's bound by it, correct?
