I currently signed a lease to move in on august 1, 2006.
the landlord allowed us to move our things in 3 days early.
So we did move our things in early. lucky we did come to
find out there is no water in the apartment. they have to
do all the plumbing all over again. today is the 8th of
august, I hear that there is a gas leak in the apartment
now. so now i don't know how much longer it will be until
we get to move in. supposly the water should work today. i
have a daughter who is 7 years old. I have been told its
the landlord job to place us in a hotel to stay is this
true and what rights do i have
