    1) Reason for what? If she didn't add you, that's the end of
    that.
    2) yes, she has to supply you with a copy of the lease. However,
    if you are not a tenant, there's no lease to be given you.
    3) Again, if you do not have a valid lease with YOUR name on it
    as a tenant, property owner probably won't do a thing.

    STEPS
    1). Ask for an hopefully receive a copy of the lease.
    2). If you're not on it, you can ask why but she doesn't have to
    answer.
    3). If you're on it, then only the landlord can evict you; not
    your roommate.

    Honestly, she is under no obligation to add you as a tenant. If
    she did, then you should be OK. If she didn't, there's not much
    you can do except move or take it to court and fight it out
    there.
