I have been given a written notive to leave in 30
days is this an eviction. apparently my land lord thinks its one i
thought its a notice to vacate and you dont have to go to court to
request a notice to vacate thru permission of the court . what do i
do he is asking me to leave because i could not afford the health
care professional he demanded i go to due to my disability.
anyone can help me please. sue
