I have been living in an apartment for over a year and
have had major trouble with my fridge containing black
mold. I have attempted to clean the mold with clorox (many
times) and does not leave. I have asked the landlord on
many occassions to switch out the fridge. It also began
leaking water into fridge for the last 3-6 months that I
had it. A repair man was sent once. The fridge was
replaced just this week with one having more mold and a
very bad smell. I am so disgusted. I asked to speak with
the owner and was denied his information. Can I break my
lease? I would even move into another property under their
managment. I absolutely hate where I live now.
