i have a mom who has sued me. She bought a house that was
litterally falling apart this hose was missing walls the
electricity blinks in several rooms when you turned it on
in several rooms you could see the sun coming through the
roof mom had 6 cats that were hers and while we were
staying there she agreed to take 4 more cats in and leave
them there with my family and me. We did not want them
they could climb through walls because of the holes in the
roof down the wall and made holes in the walls i know that
sounds impossible but there was mold growing on these
walls and they were falling apart and it was not that hard
for a cat to do then she wanted money because the cats
caused fleas again these are here cats she also has an 8
year old lab that she would leave with me while she was at
work who also has fleas we stayed during the winter time
and she supplied an outdoor kerosene heater that burned a
hole in the carpet we then stoped using that heater and
put in a propane tnk that cost us 550.00 I have a recept
not to mention we had to seal off all the rooms with
plastic b/c they had no interior wall just an outside wall
with no insulation through out the whole house. She has
sued me today however i have absolutley no money left we
used our intire savings to move here from hurricane
katrina and then we used up what little we were able to
move into a nice apartment and now mom is suing me also
was never evicted through a court she mailed a letter to
me because she was mad at me for helping my brother so she
threw my family out I was not behind I had just paid my
rent and she was mad I am in a messed up situation can
    anyone help me??
