Hello,

I have a parking spot lease in NYC, from June, 06 - July,
06. I have gotten a better spot and cheaper than the
current one. I tried cancelling my parking spot,(thinking
it wasnt't a big deal, i'd just give up my deposit) but the
management office said I was obligated to the lease. Total
shock to hear this, since these parkign spots gets rented
so fast. I mean there's a waiting list to get these
spots. Is there any way out of this lease?? Some one help.
