I have lived in my apartment for a year now, 2 months ago
a new lanlord took over. My belongings have been stored in
the basement for a year now because there is no storage in
this apartment. The new landlord knows I have things
stored down there. As well as my oil tank in which I pay
for and now can no longer get down to see how much is in
there, All my brakers are down there for my apartment. We
have talked to the landlord and he informed me that we are
suppose to jump down through the outside entrance in which
the steps have been removed, and there is a 6 foot drop.

Can a lanlord lock me out of my basement where I have belong, 10/26/06, by Marion.
