Hello. I am currently 6 months into a 12 month lease.
Due to an upcoming career change I need to terminate m y
lease early. I have already found a smaller apt and would
like to move in. I was reviewing my copy of the lease
contract and there are no landlord signatures or initioals
anywhere they were supposed to be signed. Is this lease
even valid? Could I bring this up and be excused from my
lease not being valid?
