In october we were late with our rent. It was returned to
us with no explanation. We did not recieve a 3-day notice
until november. The 3day notice was for October and
November. Tthe manager told us that the lawyer for the
owner of our building said not to accept our rent if it
was not in by 12 noon, on the 3rd day. The notice said we
had all day to turn it in. Our apt. is RSO so the owner
could make alot more money if we were to move. we dont
want to move. What can we do from this point. we
complained to the RSO and the California Bar. now what?
