my mouther in law was my landlord she was helping me since
her son and i were going through a seperation she verbaly
told me to pay her what i could every month which was from
500 -900 every month. After 1 year of living there we had
an argument not related to the property, and she went to
my house when i was'nt home and threw my belongings/her
grandson's out on to the lawn- cutting up some of my
clothes. police were called and she was arrested for
buglary. now she is trying to get me to pay for the
damages and so called back rent! No lease was ever signed
and i have all bills in my name at that address i also
left belongs in the house because i couldn't afford to
move every thing she was also charged with assult what in
the world should i do??
