i recently recieved a notice to pay or quit and since i
was already in the process of moving out for other
reasons, decided to quit. Now i was moved out before the
3days, and read the notice to say,i had the option to pay
the past due rent, or move out in three days.It looks to
me like this notice is intended to prompt past due renters
to pay up in order to keep their rental. I however was
leaving therefor saw it as a releif of my burden. THe
notice said it superceeded any lease documents. So did i
read this wrong or does the pay or quit notice mean what
its title says? Pay or quit?
