I own a condo in Hampton, N.H. My tenants gave a three day
notice. They seem to think that they do not have to give a
notice since it was a month to month notice. If anyone
knows what the law is in N.H. regarding month to month
tenancy and giving a notice to move. I told them when they
moved in that they would have to give a 30 day notice
before moving and they agreed. Any help would be greatly
appreciated. Thank you in advance.
