there was a fire in our apartment last november and we
lost everything, i was the only person that was there
during the fire and it had started in the closet of my
bedroom..the firemen had said that it was caused by an
overheated wire that came from downstairs, eventhough we
had no heat the night before and the landlords wife said
his son in law was gonna come early morning to turn it
on..now we are 4 months later and we received a letter
from his insurance of lawsuit for 124,955.67 we didnt
cause it or even have that kind of money ..i mean we are
still suffering from that fire we lost everything and had
to start over ...plz we dont know what to do, we need
every advice possible..thank you
