i need help finding out if my landlord can keep im
deposit..he is making hard right now to live the rest of
my month we have here.
he locked us out of the basement where our personal stuff
is and locked us out from getting to our eletrcial box
and i'm affrad he is going to keep our security deposit
by the laws i got off the gov. site he can not keep it,
plus he has not give us the proper info. about the account
it is in and account number..
PLEASE HELP...we have till the 6th of april
