Just wanted to post and share this. I'm sure most of you
renting out there will appreciate reading about a landlord
that is crazier than yours!

why you send a copy of this to Steve Turnbloom other than

the checks in the mail. Well, it's in the mail and it's
all up to the post office. (Send them a cry baby e-mail,
too!) Yea, like the place really smelled! Not sure if it
was you or the dog! You're lucky you got me in a good mood
and did not deduct for cleaning and the floor damage!

Today is March 30th and we still have not received a check
refunding our deposit from you. As you noted in the final
walk through on March 10th, the Lake Meadow property was in
very good condition, and we are expecting a full refund of
the $2,625 security deposit. Referencing CA Civil Code
section 1950.5, as the landlord, you have no longer than 21
calendar days to refund the security deposit. Tomorrow will
be the 21st day. Your prompt attention to this matter is
appreciated.

Also, please respond to this message, or call 925-XXXXXX,
to let us know that you have mailed the refund check.
