Hi, i'm getting married in a month and I will move with my
fiance in his apartment. There is mold in the apartment,
and he has had health problem since he moved there four
years ago. I know a little bit about our rights as tenants,
but my concern is that I don't want our landlord to charge
us more monthly for the rent if he has to change the
carpet, repaint...etc. Is there any law for that? Thanks
