we have lived in this house for a year and our lease was
up on the 31st of March. On the 12th of March I wrote to
the landlord and gave a 30 day notice and told him we
would be miving out and would vacate the property onthe
15th of April and would send him the rent for the 15 days
of April. He called and confirmed he got the letter and
said he wanted to send and appraiser out to appraise the
house. He said nothing about having a problem with the
letter or the conditions of the letter. Now that we have
asked him not to show the house unless one of us are home
he said we have not paid him his rent and he gave us a 3
day notice, in the mean time he cashed our check for the
15 days of rent. Can he evict us in three days or what????
