My landlord/roommate 2 days ago, attacked me with absolutely
no physical provacation from me. We were having a personal
discussion about, how he sees our friendship falling into
disrepair and that is disrespectful to him. I was trying to
calm him down, when he ran at me and wrapped his hands
around my throat, and tried to throw me to the ground. I am
disabled due to a car accident 7 years ago, which he knows
about. Also I have neck damage due to the same accident. He
didn't do alot of damage to me, since I kneeled on him until
he stopped. So I don't know what to do, I don't make enough
money to just move away, although I feel my safety is at
stake. I feel like he's gotten away with it, and it's
bothering me. Can anyone suggest a course of action to help
me out? I'm also in canada.
