WE have a landlord who is interested in only his rent
money. WE have broken windows from improper fitting ( the
upstairs bathroom windows are roting out of their casing),
we can't bake in the oven since the oven is old and the
element burnt out ( i guess they don't make them), missing
doorknobs. BUt now we have black mold growing in the area
of where the leaky roof is and my husband is getting
chronic sore throats. I want to press him on these issues
with a certified letter using Wa state landlord-tenant act
but i am afraid to because he is the type who would evict
us ( actually his wife would she is a b****). What o we do?
