Are you a total victim?
You should find a new place to live, NOW. I find it hard to
believe you didn't notice the general state of disrepair when
you moved in. Why would you be worried about them evicting or
ending tenancy? You want to stay?!?!?!? maybe it's just that
you don't want to pay the "b****".
