Post: constructive Eviction as a 5,800.00 DFEH Settlement CA

I had a housing complaint with Department of Fair housing in 2001-2002. I was force into settlement which required I move, since I was an advocate for others. I received 5,800.00. USDA/RD gave my housing back excluding my having the apartment I wanted back. My new landlord heard about discrimination and advocacy and turned tenant against me immediately. Encouraging and demanding letters that I was giving legal advice, make up stories, Like she is lesbian, you name it. Big men would use profanities everytime I came out my door, it was bad. I got a restraining order and then they got their druggy friend to lie. I set up a video camera catching them in acts of hatred. The landlord that paid the 5,800 was giving out information to tenants under another management company. The new management company paid their law firm to help the tenants harass and taunt, get restraining orders so that I cannot legally go anywhere but the car and back. I cannot walk or use laundry facility, or look toward any building. I appealed the restraining order, and I get the opinion and that is found out I was evicted without any Court Action from a subsidized by federal funding. I am in the Supreme Court and hope I met the deadline. With the settlement attached was a confidentiality agreement considering HUD does not allow confidentiality agreements. I sent the Court the tape of the neighbors drunk calling and yelling at my apartment you Black ass, you black ass bitch, yew gonna get your black outta here, where the camera, it was a whole pack and just stayed in my apartment and filmed. So my point is DEFH in California will assist in constructive evictions. It happenen to me and for years I have been hounded by Hyder & Company and the new one WNC. I have never had one lease violation and the manager went to drug rehab. and his girlfriend has a warrant after her drug arrest. Before becoming a manager he was convicted of a felony and he was a gardner. According to the appeals court I was evicted july 2001 for harassing tenants. I wonder why my landlord paid me 5,800 in 2002 which a "Vendor" check. I paid rent up until I left in Aug. 2002. USDA housing is protected from fair housing regulations and they do not follow any agency regulation like HB-3560, 7 CFR, or RD instructions
