i am renting a townhome and i just moved in November. My
husband wass also here and signed the lease as well. My
husband up and moved to AZ. I only work part time and dont
have the financial means to pay the ren myself. What
recourse do i have..?? i know where he is located because
he called me since he moved. He said he was getting a job
in AZ and promised to send me money for rent which he hass
not done. Is there anything i can do to not be evicted
because he skipped out.??
