My usda/Rd housing is still working on its "constructive eviction" It refuses to recertify the lease. However, My drugged up site manager gave me the MINC that tells USDA what to pay to the Management Company. MINC says I was recertified 06/01/06. Still was served with 3-30-day notices and a 60 day. Reason failure to recertify and charged market rent while excepting an extra 383.00 from usda/rural development. I paid 560.00 plus the 383.00 and then the management company got really mad and stopped excepting rent. For 6 months the site manager says "I am taking rent from everybody except you" "I am scared to do the much needed cancer treatments because I don't know when a notice for a unlawful detainer is coming. I am very ill and need to be able to do fine needle biospies, surgery, and treatment. My manager refuses to even give me a air filter for the air conditioner. The neighbors make fun of me looking ill. Make racial slurs. it is really bad and I can't find a lawyer in the state of California to help. The management company left and the new management company says I have to talk to the departed management company and I really don't understand. I think they want the housing complaint to be dropped against the departing management before they allow me services or anything. All I know is that I really need to get treated for thyroid cancer that has reocurred and I live in fear all the time. It has been that way since the 5,800.00 settlement and will never stop. I am to made as an example to others not to file against state housing contractors in California. Please help. will pay for legal assistance from competent lawyer. Management Company was WNC and now PPMG Cathy
