when i moved in on sept my landlord said the apt wasnt
fully ready and we agreed to have it updated by oct.
there was a hole in the bathroom wall that people from
outside could see and the apt had roaches which took me
all the way til the middle of oct to get rid of cause it
was really bad. The carpets and the floors are badly
stained and this place stinked for a long time. they
still charged me full rent. thanks
