    You can practice federal law in florida the moment you pass
    the CA bar. THe guy that wrote the law school bible, passed
    CA bar by a DL school,and has 2 immigration law practices in
    FLorida. YOu can open a federal practice like immigr, tax,
    disability and any one that qualifies in federal in florida,
    they day after you pass CA bar. You have to specify on your
    practice, That this """Immigration practice""is limited to
    immigration law only. so you cant get in trouble with FL
    bar. I live in FL too and am opening a practice immed when I
    graduate here in FL
