    Question guys:

    What is an "enrolled agent"? Looks like anyone who passes the test
    to qualify to practice before the tax court will then be considered
    further by the court based on "the application, letters of
    recommendation and other appropriate facts." [See Rule 200.]

    Is there any doubt that a non-attorney can be allowed to practice
    before the tax court after jumping through all the hoops?
