Re: Breyer State University - Great Distance Learning University
Posted by JF on 4/17/08

    Fellow Readers:

Breyer State University does state that it will confer a non-academic honorary degrees for a fee. But Alan
purposefully fails to point out to the readers of this chatboard is the following:

    A) The honorary degree candidate must first hold a graduate level degree.

    B) The candidate must be published in a professional journal, periodical and demonstrate competancy or
academic achievements that validate the awarding of the honorary degree.

    C) candidate must substantiate that conferral of the honorary degree upon them is metorious.

    D) BSU emphasizes that the degree is not awarded for academic work completed at BSU.

    E) BSU states that part of the fees collected from honorary degrees are shared with charitable organizations.

Alan C, universities all across the US confer thousands of honorary degrees every year. Many times to
individuals that we all know don't even qualify for or deserve honorary degrees. I could mention many
celebrity names but out of respect I won't. BSU requires that candidates demonstrate that they should be
    awarded the honorary degree.

Fellow students and readers please checkout the BSU website. www.breyerstate.com/honorary-info.htm

Alan C, likes to bad mouth BSU and its hard working students, but he has never taken a course at BSU or has
had no experience with the great educators and staff at Breyer State University.

I ask myself where does Alan C go to school or what DL school does he work for?
