    times are always tough for criminal law unless
    you practice white collar crime.

    The money you might get from the county to help
    the public defender's office is not enough.

    Think of switching to another specialty.

    Also Santa Clara does not have LL.M in criminal
    law so you should use whatever your LL.M is in.
