Re: California School of Law

Mary Ann, I suggest calling the individual schools that you are interested in and talking to the dean of each school to make your final selection. I called all the schools that became my final selections: Northwestern, Concord, Taft, Abraham Lincoln, Oak Brook, California Southern and the California School of Law. I chose the Cal School of Law based upon the quality of the education. The current enrollment for the upcoming semester you can check with the dean, but I am sure it will be over 50 students. I suggest matching your law school with your scheduling requirements. I would do and ABA school as top priority. If you cant do an ABA, then you have to decide whether to do pure correspondence study (i.e. Taft or Northwestern) or an online school (Concord, Abraham Lincoln or Cal School of Law). In the online category, Cal School of Law is clearly in a league of its own. If you can handle a fixed time to be in class, I would do the Cal SL program. If you want a pure correspondence method, where you do most of the study on your own, then the choice is yours as to what school you feel gives you what you need. I can tell you I am thrilled with this school and would only do it this way or go to an ABA approved school.
