The latest ABA rule on considering the LSAT for admission is that for multiple test takers, it is the highest score that should be considered and not the average of the test scores if there is more than one test. You no longer have to worry about not improving your previous score or having to live with the average of a poor score with an improved score on a retake of the LSAT.
