I received the following e-mail this morning from DETC's
Director of Accreditation regarding Lincoln...

"The statement that DETC would guarantee accreditation to
any applicant is ludicrous in the extreme. Where do people
come up with these claims? Besides, the use of the
word “guarantee” is verboten in the DETC Business
Standards."

This does not mean that ALU will not be accredited at some
point in time in the future. It just means that the
persons or persons writing on this board that "its a done
deal" or its "guaranteed" are not providing accurate
information.
