    Concord was accredited before it had anyone take the bar exam. They
    had a 60% pass rate the first time any graduates took the exam. The
    ALU first time pass rate is less than half that.

    I wonder why ALU has waited so long to apply to DETC? Concord and
    Taft have been accredited for over five years.
