After keep pushing it for "next year" a few times, I finally
decided to clean up my garage. Now my garage has some empty
space, enough to put a small desk and a file cabinet. Also,
as you can tell, i cannot write English properly.

My question to you all, can I now start my own law school
out of my garage and call myself "The Dean of Law?"
