Re: West Coast & DL Law Schools Should Change Focus

Some DL law schools will change their focus from the training bar eligible law students to students that want law training programs geared toward quasi-law practice areas. Some quasi-law practice areas are tax law state & federal, social security law practice, mediation and arbitration, notarial law and legal document preparation. These areas are growing fields and they all provide for non-lawyers to get certified or licensed to practice by federal, state or State Supreme Court entities. DL correspondence law schools that are no longer registered with the CA State Bar can meet the training needs of these new quasi-legal practitioners. The law training DL law schools can provide to these non-traditional law practitioners is invaluable. Especially since these areas are all sensitive and affects the legal rights of citizens. Important to note that a number of State Supreme Courts have stated that the quasi-law areas mentioned above are areas where non-lawyers are authorized by statute or administrative agency rules to practice law. Basically this translates to authorized practice of law by non-lawyers. DL correspondence law schools should market themselves to these new kinds of quasi-legal practitioners, correspondence law school in these areas can be a wonderful resource of education and training for those unable or uninterested in the traditional practices and avenues. You see there is a bright future for all DL and correspondence law school in California, California the best state in the nation with justice for all.
