What I have written is not rubbish as you wish. No where in the
rules of CA State Bar does it say that an un-registered
unaccredited law school cannot call it self a Law School, Law
Institute, Law Graduate School, Law College or a University Law
department or program.

The purpose of the State bar and its rules is based on the premise
that only "registered law schools" can award "professional law
degrees", hey smarty read the rules. See rule 4.201, A-C.

"The Committee of Bar Examiners (“the Committee”) is authorized by
law to register, oversee, and regulate unaccredited law schools in
California." Rule 4.201

CA State Bar rules apply to the "registered unaccredited law
schools" that it covers in rule 4.201, the schools it oversees,
regulates and registers. Registration is the key.....

Any California institute, college, university, career training
school can teach law courses. A CA educational institution can
offer law courses and offer law or legal subject matter training.
Only thing is that it's students are not able to sit for the CA
baby bar or bar exam.

This leaves that door open to WCSL offering its undergraduate
legal degree as well as any law training courses it may want to
offer. These unregistered law schools can issued certificates or
diplomas in law subjects training programs.
