I ask again:
Are there ANY statistics (not "second hand accounts" - FACTS) to show that attorneys who graduated from DL law
schools are involved in more misconduct or malpractice than attorneys educated via the other educational
options available to persons to become attorneys in CA? I suspect not. Absent some EVIDENCE, the public does not
need anymore "protection" from non-ABA educated attorneys.
