I just got off the phone with the Bar. Results were as one would expect; the woman I spoke with said that the status of schools is determined on a case by case standard. She couldn't speak
about specifics, but said that if a school was deregistered, there was nothing to say that school couldn't apply for reregistration once it complied with the rules.

Sounds like Don's glee could be short lived.

On 2/17/09, State Bar tells me the school is gone forever, call them wrote:
