The degree is not "illegal" in Oregon. One must simply make reference on things such as resumes. The point is mostly irrelavent, however, as Oregon does not allow non ABA graduates to practice law. DETC or not, California distance JDs bring no realistic amount of prestige to their graduates. The requirement of disclosure in Oregon seems to be a moot point.
