They don't have to recognize the degree, but it doesn't mean you can't use it. California DL law degrees, and the respective bar passage that comes with it (for worthy graduates) is in itself an "accreditation", though perhaps not in the strictest sense. This doesn't make sense. This law was meant to protect people from degree mills. It is unlikely that they would be able to enforce this law.
