Neither SCUPS nor CSU was ever "denied" DETC accreditation, but rather withdrew their application. Always
check the facts before posting statements on public boards.

Also Frank; the CSU Dean of Law has indeed passed the California Bar exam, as well as the Texas Bar Exam.
