I am writing to correct some msconception on the status of
American Heritage University Law School. The law program
was never suspended by the California Council of Bar
Examiners. But the School had some issues that needed to be
cleared up at the Secretary of State's office. All that has
been clarified and the temporary suspension has been
removed. Again AHUSC law program was never suspended by the
Council of Bar Examiners. You may want to reference
California Secretary of State's website to see that
univerisy and all its programs including law are in active
status.
