I recently had a new neighbor move in. I lived here for the past six years and never had an issue. She came over to my c ar around 8:30 pm saying my music is too loud. I respectfull y told her sorry. Is that a little early for someone to comp lain? I also called the non emergency 911 number and they st ated that there is no noise ordinance law but whatever cop w as sent out could write a ticket at here judgement. I don't understand how there is no law but an officer can decide. If I ever was issued a ticket, wouldn't it be dropped as there is no law for noise ordinance? I am just trying to protect my rights.
