Post: Severance Agreement Language

Can someone please help translate this in to "common
terms"? I want to ensure I appropriately understand this
section :
(e) for a period of twelve (12) months from the date of
this Agreement, you will not directly or indirectly hire or
solicit for employment with any entity, firm, or person,
any person who is employed by the Company or any of its
parent corporations, divisions, subsidiaries, facilities,
and related or affiliated entities.
