Post: TX: Signer , Cosigner dispute

Posted by Nan on 1/09/10

Bought a house 3 years ago, my boyfriend at the time was
the co-signer of the loan. He and I went our seperate way
and he stayed in the house. He soon after allowed serval
family members to move into the house. He has moved out
and living somewhere else but his family is still in the
house. I want to know if I can take the house back and
legally remove them, get the house out of my name or if I
can go about getting the house back just in my name. I
also want to know if I can claim the house on my taxes.
The house payments are up to date at this point. What
legal claims do I have at this point?
